Ingredients
- Gnocchi
- Mushrooms
- Onion
- Garlic
- Butter
- Oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Cream
- White wine
- Cherry tomatoes
- Parsley
- Parmesan
Method
- Drizzle the cherry tomatoes with oil, season with salt and black pepper, and roast until soft and lightly caramelized.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions or briefly sear them in butter for a lightly crisp surface.
- Saute finely chopped onion in oil and butter, then add garlic and sliced mushrooms.
- Sear the mushrooms until golden, season with salt and black pepper, and add a little Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour in white wine and let it reduce so the sauce flavor deepens.
- Add cream, stir in parmesan, and simmer briefly until creamy.
- Toss the gnocchi through the sauce and serve with roasted cherry tomatoes, parsley, and extra parmesan.
✨ Pink tip
Let the mushrooms properly sear before adding liquid. Once they
turn golden, the sauce tastes deeper, especially with white wine
and parmesan folded in at the end.
