Method

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes, then slice them thinly.
  2. Arrange the slices on a plate like carpaccio and season lightly with salt.
  3. Place the burrata in the center or tear it into larger pieces.
  4. Add capers, olive oil, and a few drops of balsamic.
  5. Finish with freshly ground black pepper and adjust the salt if needed.
  6. Top with Pink Greens microgreens and serve right away.
